Here at Krida our leading consultant, Mr Suresh Sudula  conducts a range of fellowship programmes for healthcare professionals, including orthopaedic surgeons, sports doctors and physiotherapists.

The primary focus of these programmes is to provide mentorship for clinicians who want to advance their skills in musculoskeletal medicine, including orthobiologics and musculoskeletal ultrasound.

Clinicians will have the opportunity to:

  • Observe or carry out physical examinations of patients, before performing a diagnostic ultrasound scan (if appropriate).
  • Observe and perform Ultrasound Guided interventions, under the supervision of a consultant physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Musculoskeletal Medicine.
  • Explore full scanning protocols of the upper and lower limbs followed by feedback from a supervisor.
  • Gain the ability to present complex case studies at MDT / clinical case meetings. 
  • Learn how to identify normal anatomy and pathology from musculoskeletal ultrasound images.
  • Gain experience in using musculoskeletal ultrasound in the diagnosis and monitoring of inflammatory and other disorders of tendons, ligaments, and joints
  • Discuss the capabilities and limitations of ultrasound in the musculoskeletal evaluation

 Mr. Sudula is also a founding director of The Academy of Regenerative Medicine; an organisation that runs orthobiologic courses, including PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and Lipogems training for a wide range of healthcare professionals. Click here to view the official website.

In addition, Mr Sudula teaches a postgraduate Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Programme at Canterbury Christchurch University as an honorary lecturer. He also offers a prestige mentorship programme for postgraduate students interested in musculoskeletal ultrasound.
